While we’ve been closed, we’ve been working on enhancing our procedures and rolling out new protocols and training to ensure a safe, clean and welcoming environment for our students. All our team members have received training on new ways of working to combat the spread of coronavirus and to make your training and experience, comfortable and enjoyable as possible.

How We Prepared:

We have undertaken individual risk assessments for every venue we work with allowing us to ensure that from the moment you arrive with us you feel safe to enjoy your training with us.
Venues we work with have been deep cleaned before opening and will have hand sanitising stations throughout.
Our team have completed training, enabling them to keep you safe.

We take standards for hygiene and cleanliness very seriously and are taking steps to ensure the safety and welfare of our guests and associates with regards to the Covid-19 coronavirus. We ask that all guests and students observe high standards of personal hygiene.

Our seating arrangements will allow for 1m+ social distancing and where possible, there will be separate entrances and exits, with a one-way system allowing for smooth access throughout.

Regular cleaning regimes, with all hard surfaces and equipment sanitised between use. Hand sanitising and cleaning stations will be available.

Prior to attending:

All students and attendees will receive our welcome pack along with our Covid Protocols and hygiene rules. All attendees must provide us with their full legal name and an update contact number to comply with the Governments Track & Trace.

On Arrival:

On arrival to your workshop/course/filming session please use the toilet/bathroom facilities at your booked venue to thoroughly wash your hands with soap and warm water for at least 20 seconds.

You must sanitise your hands when entering and exiting our studio space using sanitisers provided. Please also regularly sanitise/wash your hands throughout the day.

During your session:

Markers are in place to highlight social distancing, which should be adhered to at all times. Seating arrangements will be socially distant and MUST NOT BE MOVED.

All equipment a presenter uses will be cleaned thoroughly before and after each use however, we do recommend presenters purchase their own ear pieces for practicing talk-back if this is included on your course. We can provide you a link to purchase yours affordably.

Students will not share any materials or equipment. This includes scripts, pens or other items often used in classes. make sure you have your own notepad and pen. All materials will be sanitised after each use.

Please also make sure to label your own water bottle.

Face coverings must be worn on arrival and in public shared areas unless you have a medical reason or exemption that prohibits you wearing one.

Hand sanitiser, tissues and gloves will be made available.

Travelling:

You must follow Government guidelines if travelling to our venues by public transport.

Other Information:

If you have any safety concerns, please do not hesitate to speak to your Trainer or our Covid Marshal.

Our studios are thoroughly sanitised after each class and hot spots regularly cleaned throughout the day.

Our workshops & courses have limited attendees to ensure social distancing is maintained. Should circumstances change or special exceptions need to be made, we will consider altering this number provided we remain in compliance with Government guidelines. Enrolment will be offered on a first-come, first-served basis. If a course or workshop is full, we will begin a wait list so we can accommodate you should a space open up.

Any student refusing to adhere to Covid Health and Safety rules will be asked to leave and will not receive a refund.

Government restrictions and guidance are changing all the time and will be monitored.

You must not attend your workshop/course/filming session if you have COVID–19 symptoms. We will reschedule your booking if you cannot attend due to COVID-19.
